Thank you for your question. Vaser shape helps smooth out cellulite and tighten and firm the skin and may need multiple treatments. It doesn't reduce fat. I would recommend consulting with a Board Certified Dermatologist for best treatment  plan. I hope this helps!

I tell my patients that one Vaser Shape treatment will likely not do much of anything.  We recommend a series of 6 treatments, about a week apart.  We tell patients to expect 1-2 inches lost in the treatment area and to expect tightening of the skin.  This is a good treatment for people who want their existing clothes to fit better, not for those who want to go down a pants size.

Not a lot of fat is removed following one VASER shape treatment, the effect is only noticeable after multiple treatments. However, high definition VASER liposuction can remove fat from stubborn areas and produce results after the first treatment. This depends on the area you are interested in and the board certified plastic surgeon you consult. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing.
