Facial proportions (profile) are off, do you think it's bc of maxilla protraction or weak mandible/chin projection? (photos)

I want to get a surgery to solve this, but don't know where to start. I wonder if I should go for sliding genioplasty / lower jaw improvement, OR is it about my upper jaw ?(What doctor should I see for upper jaw treatment?) Thank you for replies and taking your time.
