im looking to get a rhinoplastic surgery in turkey because i have a wide nose. im fine with my side profile of my nose and its straight but to wide from the front. i spend some time on photoshop to create my perfect nose. so my question is can i get to those results? is it more complicated then i think? or is it easy work for the surgeon?

Hi, the simplest solution is always best. Rasping might be the way to go. It wont look wider if rasped at an angle. But removal of the rib graft completely probably is not the best solution.
