I have a crooked nose and a slight hump and dropped tip, but because it’s crooked, it appears longer with a harsher bump on my right side than my left side. Would straightening my nose help with the length and hump without changing too much of its shape?

Yes, straightening a crooked nose can often make the nose look more balanced, less harsh, and sometimes visually shorter, even without dramatically changing the overall character of the nose.
When a nose is deviated, the hump can look stronger on one side because the light reflects unevenly across the bridge. Correcting the crookedness and smoothing the dorsal lines may soften the appearance of the hump without needing an aggressive reduction.
A dropped tip can also make the nose look longer. Conservative tip support or slight tip rotation can improve this, but it should be done carefully so the nose does not look over-rotated or too different from your natural shape.
