Can I Use A Vibration Plate After Alar & Columella Grafts?

Hello, I plan to soon have rhinoplasty/tipoplasty, the extent of which is limited to alar and columella grafts. The surgeon explained that no bones will be broken and that everything will be well-sutured into place. The surgeon was unable to confidently answer (at least not right away) whether I may use a vibration plate following the surgery. Do you know whether I may use a vibration plate following alar & columella graft rhinoplasty/tipoplasty? Thank you,
