i'm a little confused. You state you only had liposuction on the lower abdomen yet the problem appears on your upper abdomen.  Compression garments cannot change liposuction results. They simply cannot move fat that's left after liposuction.  Just can't happen. Doctors use issues with failure to get massage and compression garments as excuses for bad results of too many times.  The results are purely based on how the procedure was performed.  If you could change your fat distribution with compression garments then you could get results by just wearing them.  When people have been over treated with liposuction then it's difficult to correct undesirable outcomes.  Though your picture is not the best it does not show  you being over treated. Based on this I believe high-quality well done liposuction regardless of what technique is used could potential he give you a very nice improvement and great outcome.  I cannot emphasize enough the importance of choosing the very best providers for this treatment.  Results from the go selection vary from botched to amazing body transformations. I don't know a single plastic surgery procedure that has so much variability and outcomes.  Please please please find the most talented plastic surgeon specifically for liposuction.  This is for sure easier said than done.  If you can find someone who does liposuction on a weekly basis and has been doing that for a decade or longer than you are generally going to be in good hands.  There's no question that practice makes perfect.  My current liposuction and results are night and day compared to the way they were shortly after I finished my training.  To date I've performed over 6000 liposuction procedures.  My practice is devoted exclusively to liposuction and fat transfer only. I'm a board-certified plastic surgeon and I'm trained in doing many many different procedures.  Once upon a time I did general plastic surgery and was proud to be reasonably good at most of the procedures I did.  Now I only do two procedures and feel I can honestly say I have excelled to the point of mastery of these two.  Not to say I can't get better and I hope I will.  Choose the doctor not the equipment.  I don't care what equipment someone gives me.
