My face become dark yellow and brown after diabetes insipidus (polyuria). How can I treat this problem? (photo)

Some doctors said it is post eczema darkening.  My natural color is fair. How to reverse it now? I have bit white & yellow lines on face too which seems eczema or some skin problems
