Answer: Skin Lightening IV therapy may be helpful for you. It involves directly injecting a concoction of vitamins and minerals into your bloodstream. The concoction will be tailored by the doctor depending on your needs.

Answer: Pigmentation - Chloasma Gravidarum Skin pigmentation caused during pregnancy is a common condition called Chloasma Gravidarum. This is due to hormonal changes and may have genetic predisposition due to heredity. During pregnancy, it is advisable to only use creams containing vitamin C/kojic acid/glycolic acid along with sunscreen SPF 30+. Post-partum treatments can include chemical peels and creams treating pigmentation. At times, this condition needs to be treated similarly to melasma, under the guidance of a cosmetic surgeon/physician. A short course of Kligman's formula or a combination of hydroquinone/ tretinoin/ steroid/ arbutin/ azelaic acid/ kojic acid can be used. However, our suggestion is a single session prep followed by maintenance cream for quick results.
