I am three weeks out today from my 360 tummy tuck with some lipo in my back. Today the swelling is almost unbearable. I know I will have good and bad days but is there anything I can do to really help that doesn't involve NSAIDs. I wear my compression garment all the time as instructed and I absolutely don't over do it and know the universal instructions but is there anything else? Ice packs maybe? Any meds excluding NSAIDs?
