I have problems with incision closure. Will it cause more of a scar? (photos)

Two weeks ago, had incision on my breast reopened, cleaned out, dead skin removed and restitched as was not healing properly. Yesterday, dr removed steri-strips and revealed a hole. Dr noted it's pink inside and no signs of implant. Decided not to restitch for the 3rd time to not aggravate it even more. Steri-strips applied to give support. I am packing with gauze and bacitracin zinc ointment. I seem to have seen this a lot here on this site. Is it normal? Will it cause more of a scar?
