Why is my nose bigger some days and smaller on other days? (Photos)

I have no idea why On days when it is small I loove my nose, but sometimes it gets so big for no reason. Here are just random pictures. Also when i do intense exercise or fast, or use laxatives, it becomes small again. First pic - small, second - big, third - small, fourth - bigger. Almost as if it's water retention/swelling? Any help is very appreciated. Sometimes I even feel the nose expanding.
