My nipples have always been low set so it’s always looked saggy. Lots of excess skin on my entire body but severe on breasts. What are my options for lift? I’m afraid of scaring with my Eds and because my brother had male breast reduction and nipple sloughed off and has severe scars. Also had excess skin removal after 100+ pound weight loss with severe scars. Is donut lift even an option? Etc: 21, 5’7,weight loss (175 to 130) 34H to 32ddd. scars in photos to see healing process
Answer: Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and The Bellesoma No Vertical Scar Lift I have performed The Bellesoma Method on patients with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. This technique will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief and long term stability. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Nipple sloughing is extremely rare with this technique since this is a central pedicle technique and there is no undermining of the nipple-areola complex.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Lift No, the doughnut lift will not work for you, even if your skin was normal. I suggest going smaller and doing the vertical lift. You will still probably stretch over time, but being smaller will have less stretching.

Answer: Breast lift incision Dear ecc9713,my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Answer: Breast lift with implants Hi, thanks for sharing your concern and photos with us! Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get a breast lift with implants, this is because your chest looks a bit saggy and the implants will definitely help you fill the superior pole of your breast giving you an excellent and beautiful shape. Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first. Have a great day! Dr. JPG
