1 year and 4 month post op. Do you believe this is the final result? (Photo)

A year and 4 months ago ive undergone a revision rhinoplasty. The top portion of my bridge is very uneven, where it looks like one side is sloped down and the other is risen. The sloped down side which is my left, seems to become very pointy at the tip with a white blanch mark. The right side from the midnasal section down seems to be more rounded and not as sharp. Do you believe this is the final result? It doesn’t looks natural to me in person and I feel very self conscious about it.

Based on your photo, your bridge appears a bit wide and flat. A real plan would be devised during consultation, but a revision rhinoplasty may be able to make the bones look a bit thinner, and you may need a graft to build up the bridge a bit. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert that can do computer imaging at the same time for consultation.

Based on your photos, you appear to have excessive wideness in the upper 1/3 of your nose, along with asymmetry of your nasal bones. Sometimes a relatively non-invasive procedure like repeating medial and lateral osteotomies may be helpful for achieving a straighter, narrower, and more symmetrical nasal appearance.
