How and what type of massages should be applied after lipo? 1 week post-op.

I am a week post op from lipo of the hips, abs and flanks. I am very hard and I assume swillen in the hip/sides. I've started warm bath massages. I'm just not sure how hard or how much pressure I should be applying nor technique. Any tips or advice for post care lipo?

Hello!I typically recommend body butters and oils, massaged in well 2x/day. You can treat scars as well as overall treated areas. Cocoa butter, shea butter in am, with coconut, argan, or rose hip oil each pm.Best of luck and Happy new year!

The reason you have apoor result from liposuction alone is bescause you needed your loose skin treated at the same time with skin removal. The only way to get a flat improvement is skin removal/tummy tuck along with revision liposuction.  You can do RF treatments, massage and waist trainer in t...
