What are my options for sagging nipples after breastfeeding?

I've nursed four children and each one of them would pull against the breast while latched on. It caused them to stretch significantly. With my first three, the nipples returned mostly back to normal, but after the last one they remained stretched out. I'm very young so I was wondering if it is possible that with time they will tighten up and, if not, how are stretched nipples fixed surgically?

yes,there is an easy fix to tighten them up. It can be done in the office under just a local. The scar should really not be visible. recovery is easy. Good luck.

Nipple shortening or reduction can be done successfully either alone as an in office procedure or in combination with other breast surgery. Whether you plan to breast feed again in the future is really important to share with your surgeon as many techniques will affect future breastfeeding. Your nipple sensation should remain in tact afterwards however.
