Double chin or something else? (Photos)

Question

So I've always had a double chin even since I was a baby. I don't know how to get rid of it. My mom have a collapsed muscle in her neck so I thought maybe that's the case for me as well. My chin is protruding and I hate it looks like I have a golf ball in my chin. I just want a straight jawline like most people already have.

Based on your photo you are a good candidate for chin liposuction.Chin lipo makes you look younger and more attractive with a sharp jawline , and better facial proportions.
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic 
surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals.

Maybe submentoplasty to tighten the platysma muscle to improve the profile.  For better jawline definition perhaps SlimLipo or Ulthera.  As for the chin, getting the soft round appearance to go away could be a tougher challenge.Chase Lay MD

It is difficult to tell from the 1 limited photograph.  If the skin tone is acceptable, and neck lift can address removal of fatty deposits above and below the platysma muscle and a platysma plasty.  A lower face and neck lift is required to tighten loose facial and neck skin in addition to the muscles and fat adjustments.  For more information  and many examples of both procedures, please see the link and the video below
