Hello. I got chin liposuction 3 weeks ago and the result right after the intervention was amazing (pic 1). Of course, as I was told by my surgeon swelling happened and a hard lump started to appear under my chin. It is more noticeable on my right profile. I massaged it and it seems a bit softer now. My question is: will this lump disappear with time or is it some left over fat that will need revision eventually? Should I keep massaging the area or let it heal naturally? Thank you.
