One Breast Bigger Than the Other After Augmentation?

Initially my right breast was bigger before surgery so my PS put a bigger implant in the left side. What bothers me is, the right breast is the one that is more swollen. I know that it is common for one to be bigger than the other but should i be worried?

It is impossible to tell from your description what is going on. Scar tissue does not usually tear unless there is real trauma to the breast. It doesn't sound like that has happened. If your implants are saline, than maybe one has simply deflated. That would be unexpectedly early but it is...

If you wear a 34 B then each additional 100 cc of implant will correspond to 1 cup size change.  425 cc implants will take you up 4 cup sizes (from B to F).  Also, I recommend placing the implants retro-pectorally.  Implants of that size may not be able to fit behind your muscle...
