PAH or just "trouble spots"? (photos)

I had Coolsculpting in 2014. It appeared to work for me, however, I always noticed some trouble spots that wouldn't go away. I am not overweight (114) but I can't get rid of these areas that happen to be where I got the Coolsculpting done. Since it's been so long, is it PAH or is it just normal weight gain? I am menopausal and about to turn 50.
