Fat over belly button after second round lipo? (Photo)

Question

I had two rounds of lipo on my stomach. But my bellybutton looks strange because there is loose skin or leftover fat over there? What can I do to get rid of this roll over my bellybutton?

Juaaala  Thank you for sharing your photos. From your photos, it appears that belly button asymmetry is mostly due to skin laxity.  Although some of it may be due a slight asymmetry of the fat around the belly buton.

While there's a chance that bulge is due to something other than fat, I would guess it is still fat your surgeon didn't get out. I would consider being evaluated by a surgeon with a lot of experience in revision liposuction. At this point it will be more difficult to fix.

Hello; for this situation, is caused from loosening of the upper abdominal skin; after Liposuction and insufficient Liposuction in the upper abdomen zone. Liposuction should be performed; on the upper abdomen, but, a skin firming treatment such as Renuvion J Plasma or Bodytite should definitely be added. Do not let the skin tighten and accumulate on the belly button.

To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
It looks like you have moderate skin laxity And this can cause pudding over your bellybutton, which can change an appearance when the fat is been removed. Skin laxity can diminish peoples candidacy for Liposuction and it is the number one reason people fail it to get ideal liposuction outcomes.
Pull up on the skin above the area and see if the contour is improved.
If it does, then skin laxity is the underlying cause And fat distribution is not the problem.
