Juaaala Thank you for sharing your photos. From your photos, it appears that belly button asymmetry is mostly due to skin laxity. Although some of it may be due a slight asymmetry of the fat around the belly buton.

While there's a chance that bulge is due to something other than fat, I would guess it is still fat your surgeon didn't get out. I would consider being evaluated by a surgeon with a lot of experience in revision liposuction. At this point it will be more difficult to fix.
