I have had a uniboob for a long time even during puberty and there is no cleavage is there a way to fix it with or without surgery is there anyway way to fix it I had made me feel depressed all the time to see it

I am sorry this has affected how you feel. In my opinion, a long-standing lack of breast separation can be related to breast base width, the position of the inner breast folds, skin attachments, or true congenital symmastia. From a photo alone I cannot diagnose the exact cause, and non-surgical options usually have very limited ability to create a lasting cleavage line.
I would suggest an in-person exam with a plastic surgeon who can assess the breast footprint and central skin attachments. Depending on the anatomy, surgical options may include reshaping the inner fold, a lift or reduction pattern, or careful implant planning, but the goal is improvement and better separation rather than forcing an unnatural cleavage.

Your single limited photo is not very revealing, so a definitive answer cannot be provided. I expect that you could achieve improvement with breast implants. A mastopexy or breast lift may also be of benefit, but the photo does not allow adequate assessment for this.

Your photograph is very limited. You may benefit from midline liposuction, which will deepen the cleavage and a breast lift using the Bellesoma. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants and elevate them higher on the chest wall. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.
