Thanks for your question! Were you able to try on implants? That really isn't a huge size for someone who is 5'9", Implants all look different on different body types. If you were able to try them on and liked the way they looked, you will be happy! You can always get a second opinion from that...

Recommendations will vary. That being said, I typically encourage patients to avoid nicotine product usage for at least 6 weeks prior to surgery and continuing post operatively. As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).
