Thank you for your question and photo. You have cellulite of your lower medial buttocks and the dimpling and irregular shape is due to the fibrous septa. Fillers will not work. The procedure which gives definitive correction is injecting biostimulators into the area and septal detachment. This is known as the GoldIncision method. I'm the only licensed physician in the US currently who does these transformative procedures. This is a non-surgical procedure done awake with local anesthesia only, since part of the procedure is done in the standing position.
Hello, It is Dr. Hong from Fresh Clinic, S.Korea. Filler for small amount (like face) is okay and not that dangerous, but using fillers for wide area like breast/butt etc has high risk of inflammation. So, among possible methods, liposuction for shaping and butt fat transfer might help. Option 1: Fat transfer (harvesting might be from inner tights - slim down effect) only to the lower part. Option 2: Fill out butt (lower & upper) and hips (hollowed area). Fat transfer method is less invasive and more safer then filer / radiesse/ sculptra/ silicone implants. Also it seems that butt area struggles lose of elasticity, so before do treatment by any injection, I would recommend you to do some RF laser for tightening (Morpheous 8) . Best Regards

Thank you for your question. Lanluma Fillers have a longer lifespan than Hyaluron fillers; maintenance treatments are usually unnecessary for the first two years. Lanluma Fillers can stimulate collagen synthesis to address "hip dips" and contour the buttocks. Hyaluron Fillers are dermal fillers...
