At the same time, I would graft a very small amount of fat in the dimpled area to prevent the cellulite band from re-forming. Your love handle area would provide all the fat needed. Treatment of cellulite has historically been challenging, and a significant number of approaches dried don’t give quality outcomes. Understanding what causes cellulite in the first place can help understand why certain treatments failed to give good results. The problem is that of connective tissue which anchors the skin it to the underlying muscle fat shot. in some cases, this connective tissue, which has very little pliability, or stretchiness, is short in comparison to the thickness of subcutaneous fat.
