Hi, I’ve had keloids appear on my chest and I did have a back surgery that left a keloid scar. Is it safe for me to try sculpsure? I wanted to try Liposuction but due to my history of getting keloids I started to look for alternatives and was wondering if sculpsure is a good alternative?

Since SculpSure is a non-surgical, it should not cause keloids. SculpSure can be effective to produce fat reduction in the treated area, but normally, at least 2 treatment sessions are needed to obtain the best results.
An examination of you would really be needed to best determine the number of applicators needed to give you the best results. Two treatment sessions to each area are also needed to achieve the best fat reduction.
SculpSure has not been shown to cause PAH. It is difficult to tell what might be causing the issue you are having after your SculpSure treatments without examining you.
