I need a reconstructive revision rhinoplasty with probable rib graft which will include supporting the tip with rib. I realize this will feel stiff for a few years but will it soften over time? I am mainly concerned about mobility and discomfort long term. I am used to my nose being very soft and flexible so I want to anticipate what I will potentially have to live with. I don’t want my nose to so hard that it’s downright weird.
