Hi there, I am very unhappy with the bottom two-thirds of my nose this many months after surgery. My nose was very boxy and bulbous beforehand, and now I believe a lot of scar tissue has developed, leaving the right side of my nose and the tip looking extremely asymmetrical. It looks really bad. My surgeon has not used steroids yet and I feel like we should have done that MONTHS ago. What steps should I take nex? What kinds of revisions should I look at? I want it to look even.
