Considering Revision Rhinoplasty for crooked and overprojected nose - opinions? (photos)

Question

I had a rinoplasty 6 months ago but not happy with the results .. my nose its too over projected and my tip its too high for my liking , also my tip is still crooked .. I just feel it does not look natural.. im considering a revision but really scare:( is it an easy procedure to fix eha I dont like? And should I do open or closed?

Thank you for your question. The nose will continue to heal over the course of the next few months, so I would wait until that time before making any decisions about surgery. Revision cases are more demanding, and the approach will depend on what your surgeon prefers. Typically an open approach gives the surgeon more control, but there are also fantastic surgeons who prefer the closed approach. All the best.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

The rhinoplastic maneuvers to straighten and architectural secure a crooked nose as well as elongate a short(overly rotated tip) nose requires visual access, as well as proper supply of cartilage graft material. 
I believe your best option for success is with an open rhinoplasty.
