Removing unwanted fat transfer - what are my options? (Photo)

I was supposed to be having a stem cell skin treatment when my providing surgeon took it upon himself to transfer fat to my cheeks without my permission. In fact, I explicitly said I didn’t want any fat in my cheeks. It’s been a year and a half and I still hate it. It’s not uneven, it’s not lumpy, but it just doesn’t look like me. What are my options..… i really want it at least reduced.
