Sunken volume loss after acne scar treatments, left side only - how can I fix this? (Photo)

I’ve had several treatments in the past for acne scarring. 5 sessions of Microneedling and 3 sessions of co2 fractional laser . theprogress itself with regards scarring. IHowever my left cheek now appears to have lost a lot of volume and in certain lights appears bumpy and totally different from the right side. This was not the case prior to the laser treatment and wasn’t there before. I’m unsure what to do and would like to know is filler an option for that side of face. I feel really defleated and hate seeing how it looks despite the scarring being better I can’t stand how the volume loss looks it looks worse than the scarring previously. I would please love to hear some advice on what I should do. Thank you

Personally, I prefer macrofat for facial fat grafting. I wash the fat through a filter to remove impurities, then transfer this fat to small cannulas for injection. I can place this fat anywhere in the face and the results are long lasting.
