Will a posterior thigh lift remove excess skin under the butt crease? (Photos)

Question

I had a bbl with lipo on my thighs next month will be a year ago. I have not been able to enjoy my new shape do to the excessive lipo to my thighs that resulted in excessive sagging skin under my butt crease. I now have two butt creases which I absolutely dislike. I am not sure what would be a better option to fix this problem. Will a posterior thigh lift help fix this?

Thank you for your question regarding whether a posterior thigh lift will remove excess skin under the butt crease.  Thank you for your history and pictures.  Let’s analyze your pictures.  Based on your pictures, especially the posterior and side profiles, you have excess skin and fat in the infra-gluteal fold.  The infra-gluteal fold is also called the banana roll.  If you only do liposuction on the banana roll, you will be left with excess skin in the posterior thigh.  Therefore, a better surgery than isolated banana roll liposuction would be to remove both skin and fat in the intragluteal fold.  To achieve this, an incision is placed underneath the buttock.  The incision is placed where the buttock meets the posterior thigh.  From this incision, tissue dissection is carried down the back of the posterior thigh.  A crescent-shaped area of skin and fat is taken from the posterior, inner thigh.  The osterior crescent thigh lift is also called a crescent thigh lift or a spiral thigh lift.  A thigh lift is also called a thigplasty.  Again, thigh liposuction alone will not achieve these results, as you have an infra-gluteal skin and fat “tissue issue.”
