Had premolars extracted for two phase orthodontic treatment and almost done with adult orthodontic treatment. No issues with my bite, TMJ, or sleep apnea. I have been told in the past that I should've been a candidate for jaw surgery, but since that ship has sailed, would it be appropriate for me to seek a genioplasty for aesthetics? Do I have a high risk of a step deformity? First xray is after two phase treatment, second xray is before adult treatment.
