Have a short chin, and also think my mouth looks like strange. It's necessary to do a correction jaw surgery? It is a big and expensive surgery compared to Genioplasty surgery.

At a month out, it is more about your comfort level. As long there are no complications or signs of infection after the breast surgery, and you consult with the surgeon, there is no reason why you couldn't have a genioplasty.
