I got a chin implant, but removed it due to the fact that it lengthened my already long chin and added width to my face from the front. If I do a genio, is it possible to shorten my face + keep my chin/jaw looking narrow from the front? Also - I had filler before, and it seems to have eroded some of my chin bone. Am I still a candidate for a genio, given my bone loss?
