I had alarplasty done 3 years ago, and I feel my nostrils are too narrow for my face. I came across posts where after jaw surgery, the nostril base becomes wider due to something being done during the surgery. I’ve looked at before/after pics of jaw surgery patients and their nose is noticeably wider. What is done, why does this happen? Can I have this procedure done specifically to widen my nostrils?
