Am I able to get jaw surgery with a reputable and affordable doctor? (photos)

I’m 20 years old, I had braces from 16-18 I got them off earlylo I don’t know if the braces caused this but I think it definitely changed my face shape for the worse. I am really really cannot afford to get a botched surgery I am very insecure and I’m not even sure if I could afford this. Is asking for a reputable doctor that won’t mess up my face while also being somewhat affordable too much of An ask? I also have have jaw pain and it causes headaches sometimes.
