Why is my nose still bulbous 2 years post Rhinoplasty surgery? (photos)

Why is your tip bulbous two years after surgery? You Mentioned that you had a dorsal hump removed, but that you had no tip work. Assuming that is correct, the tip is probably not actually swollen after two years, but looks larger relative to the now thinner bridge. When a dorsal hump is removed the two nasal bones are moved inward to “close the roof“ and make the bridge thinner. If the bridge is made thinner, and the tip is untouched, it will now appear fatter in relation to the thinner tip. But it is not the tip that is fat but the bridge that is relatively thinner that creates the illusion.

hi dear thanks for your query. firstly u have to understand that the tip cartilages can be modified upto certain limit, if we thin too much it will lead to deformity. but if u still feel its looking odd we can trim them slightly more and give a slightly sharper tip. request u to share your before surgery pics for more clarity on your nasal tip.looking fwd to hear from u soon
