Hi there and thanks for your time! I just turned 38 and am feeling really down about my appearance lately. I had lipo under my chin/jawline and a little around jowl area when I was 30. There were some mild irregularities after but generally it was an improvement and it didn’t bother me too much (though it never quite gave me the jawline I wanted). Lately I’m noticing those irregularities more, combined with my lower face aging a bit in general. Main areas of concern are neck and around mouth.
