It is hard to predict if the mid-cheek will flatten after dissolving the filler. It is common for some areas to have persistent swelling due to lymphatic obstruction which unfortunately does not resolve even with filler being dissolved.

Unlike high frequency ultrasound such as Ulthera, radiofrequency microneedling will have absolutely no adverse effects on the placement or longevity of the filler. I would suggest waiting several days after filler placement prior to pressure applied to your face.
