Can I use Microneedling RF to contract nasal tip skin post rhinoplasty?

I am 2.5 years post revision rhinoplasty, my overall result is good, but the tip is less refined than I would like. My surgeon says my skin is unusual in that it hasn’t contracted to the underlying structure. Steroids are useful but temporary. Can RF microneedling cause skin/scar tissue to contract in a way that will improve the definition of the nose? Is there potential to worsen scarring and make the nose larger?

A combination approach will give the most improvement. These types of scars need a combination of Cosmelan, lasers, microneedling/prp, subcision, salt facials and fillers. I would not see any problem with having RF micro needling a week before Sculptra injections. This should not cause any issues with the two treatments.
