I think you are a great candidate for RF micro needling with Morpheus 8. It is true that with darker or olive toned skin you have to use less energy to protect your pigmentation but you can still get an effective treatment without the maximum energy. The micro needling itself will help with the pigmentation, large pores and acne scars, the RF will give you the little kick you need to really see some great results. Unfortunately the oily skin most likely will not be a huge difference but your other concerns will be much improved by a series of 3 Morpheus 8 treatments, 4 to 6 weeks apart. I hope this helps.

A combination approach will give the most improvement. These types of scars need a combination of Cosmelan, lasers, microneedling/prp, subcision, salt facials and fillers.
