Im a 29 years old female who has had 2 session of profractional laser and 1 session of INFINI laser to remove my acne scars 5 years ago. Today not only I haven't seen an improvement in my scars but I still have the grid of the laser on my face. How can I get rid of the grids + acne scars once in for all.

Both your question about complications and failure of fraxel laser treatment and then an RF device and the very preceding question by another RealSelf follower on his failure with a fraxel laser, highlight what I have been warning my readers for years; the hard science to support these relatively expensive "bells and whistles" devices lags woefully behind the heavy marketing to promote their use. Sorry. At this point, you would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist as to how best to proceed and be very cautious if offered treatment with some other supposedly "next big thing" energy-based device. Subcision for elevating and smoothing boxcar and rolling scars and TCA CROSS for ice pick scars each have a proven track record for efficacy and safety of well over two decades. I personally have been performing subcisions since 1994 and TCA CROSS for over twenty-two years.  Finally, professionally performed conventional microneedling, which I have been performing for well over two decades, can be a very effective approach for improve all kinds of superficial skin textural and color irregularities.
