Lipo 360 with ugraft not done correctly?

I’m in my mid 40’s and had lipo 360 with ugraft almost 1 year ago. iI w foam for 3 months and then wore compression garment for another 3 months (6 months total). I also had 20 lymphatic drain massages during my first 3 months. i went to one of the most popular surgeons in my area. upper area looks terrible. They says its my skin but it feels like too much fat was injected in that area?

In thin patients fat can be removed from multiple areas which add up to a decent amount of fat used for transfer. In thin patients there tends not to be much fat on the abdomen so also consider the love handles, arms, axilla, back and thighs.
