Slight enlargement of right & left ventricle, right atrium & mild regurgitation of mitral valve. Is lipo 360 BBL/Renuvion safe?

Recently, I had an echocardiogram that suggested a slight enlargement of right and left ventricle, right atrium and some mild regurgitation of my mitral valve. My ejection fraction (amount of blood heart is pumping) is very normal at 58%. My stress test was normal. I had surgery (hiatal hernia repair with fundoplication) 5 months after this finding and was fine. Now, I am wanting to undergo Lipo 360 with BBL + AB sculpting/etching and fat transfer to muscles. Is this a serious issue that should prevent me from moving forward? My PC says I'm fine, but she's only a NP. I've never had issues with anesthesia before and my BP is normal and I dont have any other health issues nor do I take any medications. Also, BMI is 24. What are your thoughts, suggestions, and concerns?
