Any suggestions to treat my lines and dents? (Photo)

Hi. I’m 49 and have had Botox and fillers in my face. The areas that we can’t seem to get are the dents above my lip and the wrinkles from my face falling…I guess. I never want to look fake. Just younger. Any suggestions?

At least from the photo provided, I am puzzled why there hasn't been significant improvement from the use of fillers. An appropriately robust HA volumizing filler for the cheeks would help to create a more feminine heart-shaped oval appearance that would secondarily improve the wrinkles that have resulted from the " face falling." A low viscosity, cohesive, malleable HA filler properly injected can then be sued to smooth the wrinkles above the upper lip. You would be wise to make sure that you are consulting with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. Hope this helps. Best of luck.

It would be important to know if you’ve had lip fillers done before and if there’s any filler in your lips currently. Your pictures show evidence of uneven lip filler placement in the past.
This may be challenging to correct.
It also appears that you have a raised bed, nine neighbors on your upper lip, which might respond well to having it removed with a shave excision
finding providers who can do quality consistent work with a Fillers not always easy or straightforward
