I had revision rhinoplasty 20 years ago with goretex implant over nose bridge. The skin in the middle of nose bridge looks gray now. Is the skin thinning? What can be done for this? Would like to avoid surgical options if possible.

Hello and thank you for your question. If you would like the gortex implant removed, that can be done during a revision and replaced with diced cartilage wrapped in fascia. Make sure you are going to a surgeon with hundreds of long-term before and after pictures on their website with standardized lighting and standardized backgrounds. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
