36, male, is Morpheus good for a gaunt, skeletal face? (Photos)

36-year-old male, and as the title suggests, I have a slim, gaunt face: the lines of my zygomatic muscles are quite prominent, and when I smile, they create a 'skeletal face' effect with two bulges clearly visible on both sides. What is the appropriate treatment to harmonize my face and make me look less “gaunt” when I smile? Would Morpheus be helpful or is it going to dissolve my facial fat even more?

Hello Rainbow. The product you want is not tightening (Morpheus) or fat dissolving (Kybella). The product you want is Sculptra, which is collagen producing. On the link go to the middle of the first row of photos and you will see a case exactly like yours. Best of luck.
