I had tumescent lipo at the pubic area (male) 1 year ago. PS didn't remove fat close to the root (laterals) of the penis alleging the existence of glands/ducts there. I was also left with a mild laxity. Considering Morpheus8 for an overall skin tightening and to melt the left over fat (on the laterals close to the base of the penis). Is it safe procedure? Can it damage the vas deferens?

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful...
Hello, based on the photos it appears that your hyperpigmentation is compatible with melasma. Of course considering a non hormonal contraception may be helpful. But treatment would include Laser with picogenesis, and pretreatment with creams that target melanocytes( pigment producing cells).
Morpheus 8 is an awesome option for filling in skin defects like your dent. SOmetimes just one treatment at a depth of 4mm is enough to fill it in. THere is also a body morpheus version that penetrates slightly deeper but i feel that the regular morpheus will be sufficient.
