I recently lost 40 lbs and now have the start of a "turkey" neck (also runs in my family) and I am almost 40 years old. I was wondering if Morpheus8 would be a good option to fix this? Thank you
Answer: A combination of Morpheus8 and Ultherapy can help tighten the neck and give you a more defined look around the jaw. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: A neck tuck (platysmaplasty) for roughly $8,000 would fix your problem nicely. A neck tuck under local with the addition of a little morpheus would be great to make your neck look so much better and is easy to undergo.

Answer: Morpheus Will Be Less Help Than a Good vacation The simple answer is No. If you are looking for some sort of satisfaction with the way that you spend your money and time, but aren't willing to have a surgical procedure, go take a nice vacation. You will feel better about the experience. The aging changes present in he photos are skin laxity and platysmal banding. This can only adequately be addressed via Platysmal tightening, SMAS repositioning, and skin removal via a Deep Plane Facelift, or possibly a necklift; an examination would be required to determine of the latter is suitable for you. Good luck in your journey.
