Would Morpheus8 be a good option for my turkey neck? (Photo)

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

The simple answer is No. If you are looking for some sort of satisfaction with the way that you spend your money and time, but aren't willing to have a surgical procedure, go take a nice vacation. You will feel better about the experience. The aging changes present in he photos are skin laxity and platysmal banding. This can only adequately be addressed via Platysmal tightening, SMAS repositioning, and skin removal via a Deep Plane Facelift, or possibly a necklift; an examination would be required to determine of the latter is suitable for you. Yes, Morpheus 8 would be a good option for you. It will really tighten any loose skin. It takes about 3 sessions 4-6 weeks apart to see full results. Another treatment I would recommend would be thread lifts. Thread lifts are super easy and very minimal pain. They really sculpt the neck and even jaw area. I would recommend doing morpheus 8 first for 3 sessions and then if you still want a more snatched look, I’d look into threads.

actually i think that a submental Coolsculpting session followed by Morpheus 8 a month late would do a nice job.

Since you lost a significant amount of weight, you have deflated the skin in your neck and have significant skin laxity. In addition, you also have residual fat deposits in the neck which can be located both above and below the platysma muscle in your neck. A surgical neck lift with skin tightening most likely going to be required to address all of your issues. Noninvasive treatments are not going to accomplish very much at this point
