I’m 36 and I have a permanent oedema from a hyaluronic filler that I received almost two years ago. Beside this I also have a gaunt mid-face with very thin cheeks, and I’ve been suggested to get a Morpheus treatment just to start. Do you suggest me to undergo Hyaluronidase first and then Morpheus or have the Morpheus before dissolving?

Hello, based on the photos it appears that your hyperpigmentation is compatible with melasma. Of course considering a non hormonal contraception may be helpful. But treatment would include Laser with picogenesis, and pretreatment with creams that target melanocytes( pigment producing cells).
