Had acne scars and got M8 in hopes to reduce them. 5 sessions: Jun, Jul, Aug, Oct (‘22) & May this year. Helped scars but melted under eye fat pads. First 2 sessions were at a seperate clinic which I think is responsible (used 2mm by eyes). Noticed a difference overnight 7mo after first treatment. New clinic (last 3 sessions) were super helpful and were aware of the damage - done PRF with them since. My Q: do my fat pads have a chance to come back naturally given my age (19)? Will attach pic

Answer: Fat cannot be restored, volume can be restored with fat transfer, fillers, or collagen producing products.
Hello, based on the photos it appears that your hyperpigmentation is compatible with melasma. Of course considering a non hormonal contraception may be helpful. But treatment would include Laser with picogenesis, and pretreatment with creams that target melanocytes( pigment producing cells).
